Our Joy Joy Scuba diving center provides recreational diving training at any level – from beginner to professional.
Open Water Diver – The first level – an open water diver can be completed in a few days, combining training and underwater excursions.
The course consists of classes in confined water, where the basic skills of handling equipment, scuba diving, and working out emergency situations are practiced. The theory of diving, physiology and other knowledge necessary for safe independent diving is also studied. After that, open water dives are held, where students practice their skills in practice, while contemplating the beauty of the underwater world. The duration of the course is 3-5 days. At the end of the course, you will receive an international certificate that allows you to dive independently in a group or with a partner to depths of up to 18 meters. Tuition fees from 9000 THB.
Advance Adventure/Advance OWD – The next level is an advanced diver. The course allows you to expand the capabilities and skills of a diver. Includes acquaintance with 5 specializations to choose from. All practical classes are held at sea. A list of possible specializations can be found here (clickable) The duration of the course is from 2 days. At the end of the course, you will receive an international certificate that allows you to dive independently in a group or with a partner to depths of up to 30 meters (when passing one of the Deep Diver specializations).

Rescue Diver – This course is necessary for those who decide to become a diving professional or want to expand their capabilities in terms of understanding and solving problems under water and not on the surface that may arise in you or other divers. In the course, you will learn how to recognize stress, how to prevent accidents and will be trained in practical techniques for rescue operations and first aid. Through a combination of practical training in the pool and in open water, you will become well-prepared and confident in dealing with emergency and rescue situations. At the end of the course, you will receive an SSI Diver Stress and Rescue certificate. The duration of the course is from 2 days.
Night Diver – Night Dives Course is a specialized course in which the diver will gain the necessary skills to safely plan and conduct dives in the dark. The duration of the course is from 1 day. Tuition fees from 2500 THB.
Deep Diver – Deep Dive Course is a specialized course in which the diver will gain the skills necessary to safely plan and conduct dives to a depth of 40 meters. The duration of the course is from 1 day. Tuition fees from 5000 THB. Wreck Diver – The Wreck Dives Course is a specialized course in which the diver will gain the skills necessary to safely plan and conduct wreck dives. The duration of the course is from 1 day. Tuition fees from 5000 THB.
Nitrox Diver – A theoretical course that will allow you to use mixtures with a high oxygen content of up to 40% for diving within recreational limits. If desired, at the end of the study of the theory, you can conduct practical dives on Nitrox. The duration of the course is from 1 day. Tuition fees from 2000 THB.
Buoyancy course “Peak performance buoyancy” – The course is useful for both beginners and experienced divers. Especially if they understand that “they don’t understand something” in buoyancy. The course deals with aspects of the correct selection and placement of loads, the subtleties of adjusting buoyancy by breathing, various types of fin work are practiced: frog, flutter, anti-frog, “fast frog”, back frog, as well as swimming backwards, on the side, facing up, fins forward. Practice passing horizontal, vertical and complex holes.
The duration of training depends on the skills of the student, but preferably at least 3 days.
